Help chooing weapons for Mod ?

i need custom weapons for my latest ep2 SP-mod;

After nearly 3 years of hard work I am about to release my 5th HL2 (ep2) sp-mod called Episode 3 ("The Closure"). I want to use (with permission of course) custom made weapons, but because a lot of people had complains about my weapons choice in my last mod I now would like to ask the people here which weapons I best could use in this new mod. Like I said will I ask the maker(s) of the weapon(s) first for permission, and will they be given credit for there hard work in the mods readme.txt and in the credits list on screen.

So, should you know a good replacement for the Half Life2 (ep2) weapons, then please tell me. A link to picture of it would be nice. I prefer when they have custom made animations, but this is not a must.

Should you have made a weapon yourself and want to offer that then please also comment. I can Imagen you first want to see what kind of mod this is qua quality before you offer any weapons. Please check the mods Moddb site for videos, screen and info.

And I need a replacement for all weapons, (crowbar, SMG1, A2, shotgun, pistol, etc.) Please do comment, this is a very serious request, the mod will be released within 2 months time.

    Look in the Half Life 2 section. HL2 skins is useable in ep1, ep2

    Here are a few of my fav HL2 skins,

    Although you could always get skins from any other source game and use those in your mod (since the HL2 section doesn't have that many skins)

    Thank you for your reply, of course am I familiar with all the weapon skins here and that i can make a choice between them myself. Also that I can use Hl2 or ep1 weapons for this mod. My biggest concern is that I choose the right ones, many people disliked the ones I did choose (from here) for my last mod. So i really would like to choose those that are liked by most people.

    Edit; thanks again for all the links Jonny! i have just checked them all, but i could only use the great Shell cases pack and the pistol weapon. The problem with all the other ones is that they have no worldmodel, and those that did had had a laser attached to it. And for some reason i personally am not a big fan of that, (it distracts me from the view i have on the world behind the weapon).

    Other then that i really did appreciate your weapons of choice, should you have any other suggestions then please let me know. But please without a laser on it (that is working), and with a world model, that i really do need. Of course will i check all files here myself to but it is important that a lot of people do like the weapon that is used and it seems that my taste of weapons not always is that good.
